I have lived and worked in the Shoalhaven since 1998 and began working in the real estate industry in 2004.

After leaving school, I joined the Royal Australian Navy, which is how I was introduced to the Shoalhaven. After my time in the Navy, I spent a couple of years working locally in the tourism and hospitality industry, running Dolphin Watch, Whale Watch, and Dive boats, and running a local cafe, amongst other 'lifestyle jobs'.

Loving the lifestyle that the Shoalhaven had to offer, with an abundance of watersports and outdoor activities, along with great food and entertainment, I decided to call it home.

Starting in real estate in 2004, I worked for a national real estate brand for 2 years, receiving recognition as a top sales agent. In 2006, I started my own real estate business from scratch and built it up to be the top-performing real estate team in the Jervis Bay area, managing over 500 properties and serving the area with a dedicated sales team.

The business, with a partner and three children, made for a busy life, so when I was approached and offered to be bought out of the business in 2023, I said yes and took a break to spend more time with the family and find myself again.

Two years later, I found myself missing real estate and all it entails, helping people, community involvement, and the busy lifestyle that came with it, so I knew there was only one thing to do, start again, and All in Property was created.

With a passion for real estate and an internal drive to consistently improve, I am committed to delivering the best outcome for all involved. I will never rest until the job is done.
